Once your request is approved, you must return the product to us at the address provided, unused and in its original packaging, together with the invoice or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will cover return shipping. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Products such as memory cards, pen drives, hard disks, and other storage media are sensitive devices. For reasons of data protection and hygiene, products that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned unless they are proven defective. Software, digital downloads, and personalized or customized products are non-returnable. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within seven to ten business days after we receive and inspect the product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the order, and you will not incur additional fees for such reimbursement.

Refunds are not provided in cases of “no-show” or if you simply change your mind after opening or using the product. Orders that were marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase are also excluded. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions or that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
